Registration Check List

First, register with us:

  1. Click here and complete the on-screen pre-registration form. Be sure to complete all fields in the form, and please do not forget to include a cell phone number at which you can be reached during the tournament. When you have completed the pre-registration form, just click "Submit". This will send your information to us via email, and we will then send you an email stating that you are pre-registered.
  2. If an overnight stay will be required, please contact one of the hotels that are running specials for this event. A full list can be found here
  3. Click here and download any documents that might be of use to you, your coaching staff, and player families.
  4. Click here and note the registration fee that applies to your team’s age group.
  5. Make your check for the team registration payable to “Diamond Warriors Booster Club”, and please include your team name and age group on your check.
  6. Be certain that your registration fee and proof of birth documents for each player are mailed to the address below. All of the documents must be received 14 days prior to the beginning of the event.
  7. YOUR TEAM WILL NOT BE PLACED IN THE BRACKETS UNLESS YOU HAVE COMPLETED ALL OF THE STEPS ABOVE AND YOUR DOCUMENTS (See Step 6 Above) ARE IN OUR HANDS. ONLY THOSE TEAMS THAT HAVE FULLY COMPLETED THEIR REGISTATION WILL BE PLACED IN THE BRACKETS
